Permit triggers and exempt work for Archer City

Application process

- 01 Register each contractor with the city and maintain the required occupational license before permit issuance.
- 02 File the permit application with the city secretary.
- 03 Submit one copy each of the property survey, site plan, building plan, and foundation plan, plus any additional copies or supporting items requested by the city secretary or permitting officer.
- 04 Provide proof that the lot complies with city platting requirements and submit trade-license and insurance information as applicable.
- 05 After permitting-officer approval and fee payment, the city secretary issues the permit.
- 06 Obtain required inspections and any certificate of occupancy before use or occupancy.
