Permit triggers and exempt work for Moncks Corner

- 02 Submit the permit application and upload required documents such as plans, site plan, HVAC load calculations, and subcontractor list with email addresses and SC LLR licenses.
- 03 Staff reviews the submittal and comments or approval are returned through the system.
- 04 Pay plan review and permit fees when due; the fee schedule says fees are collected when the permit is issued, although the Building Official reserves the right to collect earlier.
- 05 After approval, the town issues the permit before work starts; inspections must then be requested through CommunityCore.
