When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Peters Township
A building permit is required to construct or enlarge any structure and for repairs or alterations involving structural members, plumbing, or electrical wiring. Purely cosmetic changes such as painting, paneling, exterior siding, shingle replacement, and window replacement are listed as not requiring a building permit.
