When a permit is required

UCC permits are required for residential and non-residential construction and renovation work as defined by Pennsylvania UCC.
Note: No public Danville-specific exempt-work list was found. Contact the Borough of Danville Code and Zoning Office to confirm whether your project requires a permit before starting work.
