Permit triggers and exempt work for Anthony Township
Any structure greater than 12 inches above ground level requires a zoning permit. - 03 Submit the zoning permit package to Montour County Zoning and have the erosion and sediment control plan waived or approved by the Montour County Conservation District.
- 04 After zoning approval, contact CK-COG for any required UCC building permits and submit the building permit application with plans.
- 05 Wait for permit issuance before starting work, then schedule required inspections with CK-COG.
