When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Peachland
Peachland's zoning ordinance references projects proceeding with valid building permits and includes local land-use controls. County building permits are required for code-regulated work.
Note: Peachland public pages reviewed did not publish a stand-alone exempt-work list. State permit exceptions may apply for limited work under N.C.G.S. 160D-1110(c). Applicants should confirm both Peachland zoning requirements and county permit exemptions before starting work.
