Permit triggers and exempt work for Roxbury

Application process

- 03 Prepare site plan and construction drawings as appropriate.
- 04 The town has a Building Permit Portal and also accepts applications in person.
- 05 Submit the application, drawings, and payment to the town clerk.
- 06 The Building Inspector / Code Enforcement Officer reviews for compliance with the New York State Uniform Building Code.
- 07 For new house construction or certain bedroom additions in the NYC Watershed, DEP septic approval is required before permit issuance.
