When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Jemez Springs
Any erection, moving, addition, or structural alteration of a building within Village limits requires a CID building permit. Contact CID at 505-476-4700 for clarification on whether specific work requires a permit.

- Exempt Fences not exceeding 6 feet in height
