Permit triggers and exempt work for Trenton
All construction, alteration, repair, demolition, or change in occupancy requires a permit and compliance with the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code and Uniform Fire Code.

- 07 Proceed with construction and schedule inspections as work progresses.
