- 01 Download Building Permit Application (March 2024 version) from https://www.madison-nh.org/general-info/applications/ or pick up at Town Hall
- 02 Complete application and assemble supporting documents
- 03 Also download and complete the Energy Code Application and any applicable Mechanical Permit Application
- 04 Submit to Town Hall (1923 Village Road) during office hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 05 Code Enforcement Officer reviews application
- 06 Permit issued upon approval
- 07 Schedule inspections by calling (603) 367-4332 ext. 309 during office hours
