  4. CEO contacts applicant with fee amount.
  5. Pay fee by check (payable to "Town of Frye Island"; note purpose in memo), in-person, drop box, or online via credit card/ACH (2.5% processing fee or $2.95 flat rate ACH).
  6. CEO reviews application; impact fee may apply for new dwelling units (approved February 2024).
  7. Permit issued; post at job site.
  8. Schedule inspections.
  9. Final inspection and close-out.
