Prince's Lakes states the Building Inspection Department is responsible for permitting all construction and conducting inspections of all construction-related permits. The posted application covers structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, land alteration, swimming pools, foundations, demolition, and signs for residential, multi-family, commercial, industrial, and other work.

Contractor requirements

Application requests state plumbing license number.
