When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Belvidere
A permit is required for fences, swimming pools, garages, roofing, decks, ramps, porches, electrical wiring, siding, windows and doors, remodeling and additions, HVAC systems, plumbing work, basement finishing, driveways, sidewalks, patios, and any new construction.
