Permit triggers and exempt work for Hogansville

Plan review fees are non-refundable and due at the time of application. The fee schedule also adds a $25 administrative fee to all permits.

Typical sequence: The public guide and checklist support the standard sequence of footing and slab work, framing, rough plumbing, gas, mechanical and electrical, insulation, and final inspection. The city also publishes separate electrical reconnection and temporary power affidavit materials.
Rough inspections will not be performed if building permits are not posted, doors and windows are not installed, or rough framing and trade work are still in progress.
