When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Dunwoody
Required for work routed through the Community Development permit pages. The city uses online permitting for construction and inspection scheduling.

- 05 Pay fees online or at City Hall after city review is complete.
- 06 Receive permit issuance, post the permit, and request inspections in CentralSquare.
- 07 Complete final inspections and obtain completion/occupancy approval.
