When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Niceville
The division issues permits, reviews plans, and inspects structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, gas, fences, and signs.
- Exempt Cosmetic work only such as carpet, tile, and painting does not require a permit.
