- 05 City staff reviews plans for compliance with building, zoning, Florida Building Code, and floodplain requirements.
- 06 If substantial-improvement or substantial-damage work is applicable, submit required package.
- 07 Respond to plan-review comments and resubmit documents through EnerGov if required.
- 08 Pay remaining fees once reviews are approved.
- 09 Request inspections through EnerGov and track progress in the system.
- 10 Pass all required inspections including building, engineering, fire, and zoning reviews.
- 11 Once all reviews pass, remaining fees are paid, and no further issues remain, city processes permit for issuance the next business day.
