Contractor requirements

The city publishes a contractor registration form.

   Confirm the property is inside Quincy city limits.

   Use the city's Applications & Forms page to download the correct permit application for the project type.

   Bring the completed application and required attachments to City Hall for discussion and meeting with department staff.

   If all necessary information is provided, the city states the application will be processed expeditiously, the same day or within the next one or two days, for issuance of a development permit.

   Pay city permit fees and any applicable impact or development review charges.

   Obtain permit issuance before work begins and complete required inspections/final approvals.
