When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Gadsden County
Building permit applications are required for construction, plan reviews, inspections, and code compliance under the Florida Building Code and related county ordinances.
Note: Applicants should follow the Florida Building Code permit exemptions and confirm whether separate zoning, floodplain, driveway, septic, 911 addressing, or code compliance approvals still apply.
