- Contractor registration required before permitting. Must provide current state or other qualifying license, business tax receipt, liability insurance naming the City of Atlantic Beach as certificate holder, and workers' compensation insurance or exemption.
Application process
Typical processing: Allow up to 10 business days for plan review of submittals, corrections, and revisions.
