Kingsburg publishes that any owner or authorized agent intending to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, demolish, or change occupancy of a building or structure, or install/alter regulated electrical, gas, mechanical, or plumbing systems, must first apply to the building official and obtain the required permit.
