Application process
Application → plan check → issuance → inspection → final
- 01 Download permit application from https://www.lowellarkansas.gov/media/1636 or the forms page.
- 02 Complete the application with all required information.
- 03 Submit by email to risk.reduction@lowellarkansas.gov or in person at 216 N Lincoln Street.
- 04 Pay applicable fees (building permit, sewer expansion, fire/EMS impact, plan review, and applicable state fees).
- 05 Plans are reviewed; permit issued upon approval.
- 06 Post permit on site.
- 07 Schedule inspections by contacting the Risk Reduction Division.
- 08 Pass all required inspections.
