Permit triggers and exempt work for Youngtown
A building permit is required if anyone intends to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, demolish, or change occupancy of a structure, or alter regulated electrical, gas, mechanical, or plumbing systems.

Application process
Application → plan check → issuance → inspection → final

- 06 Obtain permit issuance.
