Permit triggers and exempt work for Louisa
The town requires a zoning and building permit for new buildings, additions, and other regulated work within incorporated town limits. Separate forms are required for rezoning, special use permits, signs, and other permit categories.

- 05 Once town zoning approval is obtained, submit the applicable Louisa County permit packet for USBC building permit issuance and county inspections.
