When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Midway
Midway's code states any owner or authorized agent who intends to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, demolish, change occupancy, or regulated electrical, gas, mechanical, or plumbing work must first apply and obtain the required permit.
