Permit triggers and exempt work for Silsbee

- 03 Provide a plot diagram showing the proposed structure, existing structures, dimensions to property lines, and clearly identified property corners and building lines.
- 04 Submit the application to the city and await plan review for code and ordinance compliance.
- 05 After plans are properly reviewed, the city issues the permit. The city states issuance is ordinarily within 48 hours unless modifications are required, and commercial structures are ordinarily within one week unless modifications are required.
- 06 Call for required inspections during construction and obtain final inspection and certificate/compliance documentation before occupancy and utility continuity.
