Permit triggers and exempt work for Jamaica Beach
Permits required for roofs, windows, doors, downstairs enclosures, driveways/slabs, bulkheads, fences, stairs, decks, cargo lifts, boat docks, electrical, plumbing, and other construction.
Note: Confirm exempt work status with Building Official.
