Permit triggers and exempt work for Zelienople

- 03 Submit the application to Zelienople Borough Building, Zoning and Code Enforcement Office, Second Floor, 111 W. New Castle Street, Zelienople.
- 04 Borough staff and CEA review the application for zoning and building code compliance.
- 05 The borough notifies the applicant when the permit is approved, the cost of the permit, and when it is ready for pickup.
- 06 Pay fees at issuance. The borough states it does not accept checks or money in advance of issuing building, occupancy, sign, fence, shed, or electrical permits.
- 07 Follow the inspection directions provided with the approved permit and complete required inspections.
