When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Hubbard
Permits are required for buildings, dwellings, additions, garages, sheds, ramps, patios, decks, porches, playhouses, signs, car ports, pavilions, parking lots, pergolas, gazebos, newly installed driveways, demolitions, swimming pools at least 3 feet deep, and fences exceeding 4 feet in height.
