Permit triggers and exempt work for Oxford

- 04 For in-person or mail filing, submit the printed application and required plan sets.
- 05 City reviewers calculate fees during application and plan review and notify the applicant if resubmittals are required.
- 06 Pay fees when the permit is approved and ready for issuance. The instruction packet states online payments are not accepted; payment may be made by phone or in person.
- 07 Schedule inspections at least 24 hours in advance and complete all required inspections.
