When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Alamo
Building permits required for: construction of new structures, enlargement or alteration of existing structures, repairs or demolition, change of occupancy of buildings or structures, grading or drainage work.
- Exempt One-story detached accessory structures (tool sheds, playhouses) with floor area not exceeding 120 sq ft
