When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Angier
A Land Use Permit is needed to build or add to any structure, including substantial renovations, additions, fences, decks, pools, sheds, and storage buildings. If the NC Building Code applies, a Building Permit is also required.

- 03 Submit by email or in person at Planning.
- 04 Pay applicable fees at Town Hall.
- 05 Schedule inspections by calling Planning by 2:00 pm for next business day inspection scheduling.
