When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Franklinton
Franklinton's Planning and Inspections page identifies planning and zoning review for town development and publishes a zoning permit application. Separate public forms are posted for special use permits, variances, rezoning, special events, and food trucks. Franklin County building permits are still required for code-regulated construction.
