Permit triggers and exempt work for Dix

- 01 Obtain the town's Application for Construction/Inspection form from the permit packet or Code Enforcement Office.
- 02 Complete the application with property, owner, and work-scope information.
- 03 Prepare plans, site plan, insurance documentation, and other specialized materials required by the packet.
- 04 Submit completed application and supporting documents to the Code Enforcement Office.
- 05 Pay the permit fee.
- 06 Post the permit on the premises and schedule required inspections before work begins.
