Note: If a parcel associated with an Edgewood address actually lies in Santa Fe County unincorporated territory (outside town limits), Santa Fe County Planning & Zoning fees and procedures apply instead of Edgewood's. The county split creates ambiguity that must be resolved at the parcel level.

Building code

CID permits expire if work does not commence within 180 days or is abandoned for 180 consecutive days.
