Permit triggers and exempt work for Byram Township

- All contractors must be registered with the State of NJ. Plumbers and Electricians must be licensed.

Typical processing: Zoning permits granted or denied within 10 business days. Construction permits: 20 business days per NJ state standard.

- 02 Obtain zoning permit from Zoning Officer ($50 fee, payable to Byram Township).
