- Prepare required documents including a completed application, construction plans, and a site/plot plan showing property lines, setbacks, existing structures, utilities, septic, and well.
- Submit the application in person or by mail to 257 Main Street during business hours.
- The Code Enforcement Officer / Building Inspector reviews the application for compliance with Tilton Zoning Regulations (updated March 16, 2024) and applicable NH State Building Code.
- Permit issued upon approval. Post permit on site.
