Application Process

  1. Contact Community Development staff at the town offices (603-267-6700) with preliminary questions about zoning, setbacks, and whether a permit is required.
  2. Download or obtain the building permit application packet. All new structures (dwellings, garages, sheds, decks, porches, etc.) require a site plan showing the location of the structure on the lot with setback distances from property boundaries.
