Building code
City has adopted IBC 2018 and IRC 2018 consistent with Nebraska state requirements. Zoning regulations in Chapter 25 of Scottsbluff Code of Ordinances. Section 25-15-22 addresses building permit issuance. 2018 IECC energy code applies.
Owner-builder
