  4. NDEE onsite wastewater: If new or replacement septic system needed, ensure Title 124 compliance. Most residential systems use Authorization by Rule; county zoning permit may require proof of compliant design before issuance.
  5. State Fire Marshal (commercial): Submit plans to Nebraska State Fire Marshal (402-471-9465) for review before commencing any commercial or public building project
  6. NDEE Stormwater NOI: For projects disturbing 1+ acres, file NER210000 NOI at least 7 days before ground disturbance begins
