   Confirm zoning district for the property using the 2023 Clarks Zoning Ordinance or by contacting the Clerk

   For floodplain-affected properties: verify flood zone status at msc.fema.gov before any site work. A Floodplain Development Permit may be required in addition to any zoning or building permit; confirm the responsible administrator with the Village Clerk
