Permit triggers and exempt work for Clinton

- 05 Plans are reviewed by Community Development staff
- 06 Permit is issued upon approval
- 07 Post permit on job site
- 08 Schedule inspections through Community Development
- 09 Pass required inspections
- 10 Receive final approval and Certificate of Occupancy
