- Permit becomes invalid if work does not commence within 180 days or if suspended/abandoned for 180 days.

- Contractor name, license number, address, and phone are requested on the application.
Application process
Application → plan check → issuance → inspection → final
- 01 Download the appropriate permit application from the city page.
- 02 Complete the form and include required information, including project details, valuation, and contractor information.
- 03 Submit to City Hall for zoning approval and building official approval.
- 04 Do not begin construction until the permit is validated and zoning setback line is approved.
- 05 Provide two sets of paper plans and/or electronic plans with the application.
