  3. For subdivision, work in the shoreland zone, or commercial site review, applications are required from the Planning Board as well.
  4. Complete the building permit application with site plan and project details.
  5. Submit to the Town Office; pay applicable fees.
  6. Await CEO review and approval.
  7. Post permit on job site and retain approved plans on-site.
  8. Schedule and pass required MUBEC inspections.
  9. Obtain final Certificate of Occupancy.
