- 04 Obtain a letter of authorization to proceed from a state-licensed third-party MUBEC inspector (property owner's responsibility to hire).
- 05 Submit completed application, plans, third-party inspector authorization letter, and site plan to Code Enforcement at 48 Morton Ave., Suite A.
- 06 Staff reviews for completeness; plan review conducted.
- 07 Fee calculated and collected.
- 08 Permit issued upon approval.
- 09 Schedule inspections with Code Enforcement office at each construction stage.
- 10 Obtain Certificate of Occupancy upon successful final inspection.
