Permit triggers and exempt work for Beaver Cove
All new residential structures (houses, camps) and commercial or industrial structures; expansions of existing residential structures; subdivisions; zoning changes. Qualifying accessory structures do not require a full building permit (self-verification required as of January 29, 2025).

- 06 Permit issued with conditions; property owner must comply with all permit conditions and applicable LUPC land use district standards.
