- 02 Complete the application; include scope of work, estimated value, and site plan as applicable.
- 03 Sign the Multi-purpose Permit Letter of Understanding.
- 04 Review the Radon Guidelines if applicable.
- 05 Submit completed application and supporting documents to the CEO in person at the Town Office (49 Market Square, South Paris).
- 06 Fee assessed per local schedule; pay fee.
- 07 Permit issued; begin work.
