  4. For plumbing work, contact Plumbing Inspector Jonathan Eaton at (207) 380-1790.
  5. Complete and submit application with required documents.
  6. Pay applicable permit fee.
  7. Permit issued; post at job site.
  8. Schedule required inspections.
