All construction and land use activities regulated under local ordinances and Maine shoreland zoning law (38 MRSA §§ 435-449). Shoreland Zoning regulates all land within 250 feet of great ponds, rivers, coastal wetlands, and tidal waters, and 75 feet of streams.
