- Submit the completed application and all attachments to the Town Office. Pay applicable fees.
- CEO reviews and may approve, approve with conditions, deny, or forward to the Planning Board. If Planning Board review is required, application must reach the Board through the CEO at least 2 weeks before the next regular meeting (fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 PM).
- Permit is issued upon approval. Post permit on job site; work may not begin until permit is issued.
- Schedule required inspections with the CEO.
