Permit triggers and exempt work for Baton Rouge
City-Parish ordinance requires a permit before constructing, enlarging, altering, repairing, moving, demolishing, or changing occupancy of a building or structure, or installing, enlarging, altering, repairing, removing, converting, or replacing regulated electrical, gas, mechanical, or plumbing systems.
